Supports for Employees
  • iCon Alliance will inform all employees of our accessible employment practices. This includes policies on providing job accommodations that takes into account an employee’s accessibility needs due to disability

  • Accessible Recruitment and Selection Process
  • iCon Alliance will ensure that all job postings include a written statement that accommodations for job applicants with disabilities are available upon request
  • iCon Alliance’s selection process will state to all job applicants, that accessibility accommodations are available on request to support their participation
  • iCon Alliance’s offer of employment will inform the applicant of our policy on accommodating employees with disabilities

  • Accessible Formats and Communication Supports
  • If an employee with a disability requests accessible formats and/or communication supports iCon Alliance will consult with the employee and determine their accessibility needs
  • iCon Alliance will then determine the type of accessibility format to best accommodate the individual
